Wow! Where has the time gone? It seems like just yesterday I was blogging about his 13th birthday! Dan is 14 today. He wanted a store bought cake this year from Dairy Queen or Baskin Robbins. I bought him one from Baskin Robbins because I like their ice cream better.
As soon as he gets home from school, I will be making his favorite dinner: "deerhunter breakfast casserole" with biscuits and gravy. Then, we will wait until Denny gets home around 7pm from Wolf Creek (KY) to open his gifts. He already got his big one last night: a 16ft. ladder stand for deer hunting. He was thrilled!
The other big celebration of the day is we have had Toby for one year this very day! He is now microchipped and will never be lost from his "family" again.
